 1  范圍
    本工藝標準適用于6～10kV一般工業(yè)與民用建筑電氣安裝工程的隔離開關、負荷開關安裝。
    2  施工準備
    2.1  設備及材料要求：
    2.1.1  高壓開關設備規(guī)格、型號、電壓等級應符合設計要求。
    2.1.2  設備應裝有銘牌，注明生產(chǎn)廠家及規(guī)格、型號，并有產(chǎn)品合格證及技術文件。
    2.1.3  設備附件齊全，外觀檢查完好，瓷件無破損及裂紋。
    2.1.4  安裝用的材料均應有合格證，材料規(guī)格型號符合設計要求，型鋼無明顯銹蝕。除地腳螺栓外，其它緊固螺栓及墊圈均應采用鍍鋅件。
    2.2  主要機具：
    2.2.1  安裝機具：電錘、電鉆、型鋼切斷機、電焊機、氣焊工具。
    2.2.2  一般工具：電工工具、手錘、扳手、水平尺、尺類、線墜、高凳。
    2.3  作業(yè)條件：
    2.3.1  土建工程基本施工完畢、墻面、屋頂噴漿刷
1 Scope
    This technology is applicable to 6 ~ 10kV general industrial and civil electrical installation work isolating switch, load switch installation.
    2 construction preparation
    2.1 Equipment and material requirements:
    2.1.1 high-voltage switchgear specifications, type, voltage rating should be consistent with design requirements.
    2.1.2 The equipment should be fitted with nameplates, specify the manufacturer and specifications, models, and have a product certificate and technical documents.
    2.1.3 equipment accessories complete inspection of the exterior intact, no broken ceramic pieces and cracks.
    2.1.4 installation of the materials used shall have the certification, materials, specifications and models meet the design requirements, no significant corrosion of steel. In addition to anchor bolts, other fastening bolts and washers shall be galvanized parts.
    2.2 Main equipment:
    2.2.1 installation of equipment: electric hammer, electric drills, steel cutting machine, welding machine, welding tools.
    2.2.2 General tools: electric tools, hand hammer, wrench, spirit level, foot type, line sinkers, high stool.
    2.3 Operating conditions:
    2.3.1 The basic construction of civil works completed, walls, roof spray brush
