一、工程概況：

（四）項目總規模：日處理污水2萬噸。
（五）項目建設內容：平基土石方、廠區土建、管網、設備安裝及擋土墻工程。
（六）工程特點：
1．廠區為當地農田，有較多淤泥、種植土、草皮，勢必影響廠區內的回填。
2．項目建設內容較多，所涉及的專業較廣泛，因此，對整個施工過程中，結合地勘報告、施工圖及相關規范進行控制。
3．廠區地下水較為豐富，施工中作好排水措施。

二、監理原則與依據和主要工作方法
