工程概況：機(jī)場(chǎng)線東直門車站長(zhǎng)約191米，寬22.24米，深約28米，分安全線、暗挖A段、明挖B段、明暗結(jié)合（上跨下穿）C段和明挖D段，明挖結(jié)構(gòu)采用圍護(hù)樁+錨索體系和圍護(hù)樁+鋼支撐體系。圍護(hù)樁分為5類結(jié)構(gòu)形式，分別為樁A（B段西側(cè)和南側(cè)），上部為人工挖孔樁，樁徑為1100mm，下部為鉆孔灌注樁，樁長(zhǎng)為30.96m，樁徑為1000mm；樁B（B段北側(cè)），上部為人工挖孔樁，樁徑為1100mm，下部為鉆孔灌注樁，樁長(zhǎng)為13.36m，樁徑為600mm；樁C（C段東西側(cè)），樁長(zhǎng)為24.8m，樁徑為800mm；樁D（D段東南側(cè)），樁長(zhǎng)為29.96m，樁徑為1000mm；樁E（D段北側(cè)），樁長(zhǎng)為29.96m，樁徑為800mm。由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管線復(fù)雜，每個(gè)樁位都需要開挖探孔以證明是否有不明管線，之后才進(jìn)行鉆孔作業(yè)。
Project Overview: Dongzhimen Airport Express station about 191 meters wide and 22.24 meters, about 28 meters deep, sub-safe line, excavation A section, cut and cover section B, light and dark combination (on the cross next to wear) C section and cut and cover D segment, cut-pile structure with envelope envelope pile anchor system and a steel support system. Supporting pile structure is divided into five categories, namely pile A (B section of the west and south), the upper part of manual digging pile, the pile diameter is 1100mm, the lower part of the pile, the pile length is 30.96m, pile diameter 1000mm; pile B (B section of the north side), upper part of the artificial foundation pile, the pile diameter is 1100mm, the lower part of the pile, the pile length is 13.36m, the pile diameter is 600mm; pile C (C section of east and west sides ), pile length of 24.8m, the pile diameter is 800mm; pile D (D the southeast side), the pile length is 29.96m, the pile diameter is 1000mm; pile E (D section of the north), the pile length is 29.96m, the pile diameter to 800mm. As the on-site pipeline complex, each pile location requires excavation of trial pits in order to prove whether there is an unknown pipeline, after the drilling operation.
