注冊測繪師制度暫行規定
第一章 總 則
第一條 為了提高測繪專業技術人員素質，保證測繪成果質量， 維護國家和公眾利益，依據《中華人民共和國測繪法》和國家職業資格證書制度有關規定，制定本規定。
第二條 本規定適用于在具有測繪資質的機構中，從事測繪活動的專業技術人員。
第三條 國家對從事測繪活動的專業技術人員，實行職業準入制度，納入全國專業技術人員職業資格證書制度統一規劃。
第四條 本規定所稱注冊測繪師，是指經考試取得《中華人民共和國注冊測繪師資格證書》，并依法注冊后，從事測繪活動的專業技術人員。
注冊測繪師英文譯為：Registered Surveyor.
第五條 人事部、國家測繪局共同負責注冊測繪師制度工作，并按職責分工對該制度的實施進行指導、監督和檢查。
各省、自治區、直轄市人事行政部門、測繪行政主管部門按職責分工，負責本行政區域內注冊測繪師制度的實施與監督管理。
第二章 考 試
第六條 注冊測繪師資格實行全國統一大綱、統一命題的考試

Chapter I General Provisions
The first mapping in order to improve the quality of professional and technical personnel to ensure the quality of mapping results, to safeguard national and public interest, according to "The People's Republic of China Surveying and Mapping Law" and the national vocational qualification certificate system in the relevant provisions of this Regulation.
These rules shall apply to qualified institutions with mapping, surveying and mapping activities in professional and technical personnel.
Third countries engaged in surveying and mapping activities, professional and technical personnel, the implementation of professional access system, professional and technical personnel into the national vocational qualification certificate system in a unified plan.
Article IV The term registered surveying and mapping division, is made by examination, "The People's Republic of China Certificate for registration of Surveying and Mapping Division," and according to registration, engaged in surveying and mapping activities, professional and technical personnel.
Register Mapping Division translations: Registered Surveyor.
Article Ministry of Personnel, State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Division co-registration system for work, according to the division of responsibilities to guide the implementation of the system, supervision and inspection.
Provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities personnel administrative departments, administrative departments of surveying and mapping by the division of responsibilities for the administrative area division registration mapping system implementation and supervision.
