根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)場(chǎng)地及施工安排,基坑四周均采用放坡,坡度為1:0.2,邊坡采用土釘墻錨噴支護(hù)。土方開挖采用機(jī)模大開挖,人工配合清除基底預(yù)留土層。機(jī)械挖土方量170136m3,人工挖土方量1925m3。
3.施工部署
根據(jù)隆水觀測(cè)情況,滿足開挖條件后,開始按由西向東的行走方向開挖。采用三臺(tái)WY160型反鏟挖土機(jī),20輛翻斗運(yùn)土車,一臺(tái)汽車吊(人工清理基底土層時(shí)吊運(yùn)基坑內(nèi)土體),具體步驟如上:
4、操作工藝
4.1土方開挖工程
4.1.1先放好坡頂線、坡底線,經(jīng)復(fù)測(cè)及驗(yàn)收合格后開媽開挖。
4.1.2機(jī)械挖土分三大步進(jìn)行,第一步挖3.5m,第二步挖4.5m,第三部挖4.8m。預(yù)留20cm土層人工清理。(詳見基坑開挖剖面圖)
4.1.3第一步先挖去面層渣土層至自地坪下2m,自西向東進(jìn)行,開挖時(shí)邊坡預(yù)留20cm人工清理。再挖基坑中心基土至-3.5m,四周預(yù)留8m,做土釘墻錨桿施工的作業(yè)面,隨挖土隨修整喧坡,并進(jìn)行邊坡土釘墻施工(詳見降水護(hù)坡方案)。待第一步土釘墻混凝土達(dá)到充許強(qiáng)度(通常在土釘墻混凝土噴射完成后12h),挖除第一部四周預(yù)留的作業(yè)面土層,隨挖土隨修整喧坡,并進(jìn)行邊坡土釘墻混凝土噴 射完居后12h),挖除第一部四周預(yù)留的作業(yè)面土層,隨挖土隨修整喧坡,并進(jìn)行坡土釘墻施工。
4.1.4第一步挖土結(jié)束,待土釘墻混凝土達(dá)到允許強(qiáng)度后開始第二步

3. Construction of the deployment
