1、暖衛(wèi)工程概況
暖衛(wèi)工程包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、雨水系統(tǒng)、空調(diào)冷卻水系統(tǒng)。
1.1  給水系統(tǒng)
水源為室外給水管網(wǎng)接出—根DN 150引入管，接人大樓地下—層。根據(jù)水壓，給水豎向分高低兩個區(qū)，高區(qū)為四至十六層，由屋頂水箱供給；低區(qū)為地下二層至地上三層，該區(qū)利用場區(qū)給水管直接供水。
1.2  排水系統(tǒng)
 室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)為污水、廢水合流系統(tǒng)，地上部分直接排出室外；首層單獨排出室外；地下部分分區(qū)設(shè)置集水坑匯集地下室污、廢水，然后用潛水泵提升排出室外，潛水泵由集水坑水位自動控制；糞便污水經(jīng)室外化糞池處理后，排人市政管道。
1.3  消防系統(tǒng)
1.3.1  本樓消防系統(tǒng)由消火栓系統(tǒng)、自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)及氣體滅火系統(tǒng)組成。
1.3.2  消火栓系統(tǒng)水源為地下一層的消防水池，其貯水量432m3。平時由屋頂水箱供水，屋頂水箱貯存消防水量18m3。系統(tǒng)上、下成環(huán)，除水箱間、變配電間外，其它各層均設(shè)有消火栓保護。室外設(shè)有三套消防水泵接合器，供消防車向系統(tǒng)供水。
1.3.3  自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)水源為地下一層的消防水池，自動噴灑用

1.1 Water Supply System
