1、暖通工程概況
    該工程一至十六層為研究、實驗、辦公部分，通風(fēng)空調(diào)采用風(fēng)機盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，每層設(shè)2臺新風(fēng)機組，B1層為設(shè)備部分，內(nèi)設(shè)空調(diào)機房，采用大風(fēng)道系統(tǒng)南北各設(shè)軸流風(fēng)機1臺。
2、施工組織
2.1  勞動組織準備：本工程的總包方為北京××建設(shè)工程有限責(zé)任公司第××項目經(jīng)理部，機電設(shè)備部分分包給北京××公司水電分公司，在總包方統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下開展工作，針對新承包的工程項目，配備相應(yīng)施工人員，建立施工管理體生活費，對工程進度，質(zhì)量進行嚴格控制，保證施工順利進行，各專業(yè)、項目設(shè)有專業(yè)人員專業(yè)管理。
2.2  技術(shù)準備：組織技術(shù)人員熟悉施工圖紙和有關(guān)的設(shè)計資料，對相關(guān)的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟和自然條件進行調(diào)查分析、研究可行的施工方案。針對圖紙中存在的問題及時記錄，為施工作出準確的、科學(xué)的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。
2.3施工現(xiàn)場準備：施工道路、施工用水、施工用電和加工場地由總包方統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃，生產(chǎn)、辦公、生活用房等臨時用房由總包方提供。
2.4本專業(yè)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)由施工班組加工、制作、安裝、保溫，根據(jù)專業(yè)
