一、材料要求：
1輕鋼龍骨分U形和T形龍骨兩種，并按荷載分上人和不上人兩種。
2 輕鋼骨架主件為大、中、小龍骨；配件有吊掛件、連接件、插接件。
3 零配件：有吊桿、角碼、絲桿和螺母、射釘、自攻螺釘。
4 按設(shè)計(jì)要求選用罩面板，其材料品種、規(guī)格、質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
二、主要機(jī)具：
電動機(jī)具：電鋸、無齒鋸、手電鉆、沖擊電錘、電動螺絲刀、電焊機(jī)。
手動機(jī)具：射釘槍、拉鉚槍、氣動直釘槍、氣動碼釘槍、手鋸、手刨子、鉗子、扳子、水準(zhǔn)儀、靠尺、鋼卷尺等。
三、作業(yè)條件：
1工前應(yīng)熟悉現(xiàn)場、圖紙及設(shè)計(jì)說明。
2計(jì)要求對房間的凈高、洞口標(biāo)高和吊頂內(nèi)的管道、設(shè)備及其支架的標(biāo)高進(jìn)行交接檢驗(yàn)。
3收記錄和復(fù)驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
4設(shè)備安裝完成。罩面板安裝前，上述設(shè)備應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)、試壓驗(yàn)收合格。
5面板安裝前，墻、柱面裝飾基本完成，涂料只剩最后一遍面漆并經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格。
四、操作工藝：
（一）工藝流程:
1, material requirements:

Third, the operating conditions:
1 should be familiar with the site before work, drawings and design description.
2 meter clearance height requirements of the room, entrance level and ceiling inside the pipe, equipment and support the elevation for the transfer test.
3, collection records and re-inspection report.
4 equipment installed. Zhao Mianban Before installation, the equipment should be tested, test pressure acceptance.
5 panel pre-installation, wall, decorative cylinders basically completed, paint finish and only the final again and passes.
