加工壓制金屬板原材料應(yīng)有生產(chǎn)廠商的質(zhì)量證明書，對原材料的品質(zhì)按有關(guān)規(guī)定做抽樣檢查，其結(jié)果應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定或定貨合同的要求。
壓型金屬板和泛水板、包角板成型后，其基板不得有裂紋。
加工時要避免出現(xiàn)漆模裂紋剝落和露出金屬基板等缺陷。
（2）
壓型金屬板后按合同文件的要求包裝出廠，包裝必須可靠，避免損傷壓型金屬板。
每個包裝箱均應(yīng)設(shè)置標(biāo)簽，標(biāo)明壓型金屬板的材質(zhì)、板型、板厚、板長、板號、數(shù)量、和生產(chǎn)日期。
（3）
裝卸無外包裝的壓型金屬板時，應(yīng)采用吊具起吊，嚴(yán)禁直接使用鋼絲繩起吊。
壓型金屬板的長途運輸應(yīng)采用集裝箱裝載。
用車輛運輸無外包裝的壓型金屬板時，應(yīng)在車上設(shè)置襯有橡木膠墊的枕木，其間距不宜大于3000MM。
9.2.3.3現(xiàn)場制作、場內(nèi)運輸與安裝
原材料進入現(xiàn)場后，根據(jù)貨物清單認(rèn)真檢查，如發(fā)現(xiàn)任何質(zhì)量缺陷或數(shù)量的短缺，應(yīng)以書面形式通知制造商。
現(xiàn)場加工與車間預(yù)制具有相同的操作工藝和質(zhì)量要求。
金屬板及泛水板、包角板為了避免板面的任何損傷，應(yīng)做到以下幾點：

屬板必須對方緊固以免相互滑移對板面涂層的破壞。
②
開金屬板必須用尼龍繩和專用提開工具。
③
板長超過6M時，每隔3M應(yīng)設(shè)一道尼龍繩。
④
每米尼龍繩應(yīng)設(shè)比板略寬的墊塊做支撐。
⑤
提開金屬板時每貨盤金屬板的數(shù)量不宜超過12張。
