一、 工程概況
本工程為唐山市宏揚花園商住樓工程，位于唐山市火炬路西側(cè)，由唐山宏揚房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司招標(biāo)籌建，唐山國旺建筑安裝有限公司中標(biāo)承建。工期為333天，要求2001年10月10日開工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。該工程由唐山市規(guī)劃建筑設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計，建筑平面為5單元組合條式住宅樓。建筑面積為16757.66M2（其中地下室面積2310M2）。地下是一層半地下室，地上主體為六層。地下室層高2.2M，首層層高為3.6M，二層層高為3.0M，三至六層層高為2.9M，單元組合為一梯兩戶，一二層為商業(yè)用房，三至六層為住宅。該工程為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。腳手架搭設(shè)方案編制依據(jù)《建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》（JGJ130-2001）、《建筑施工安全檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（JGJ59-99）、《河北省〈建筑施工安全檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)〉實施細(xì)則》及圖紙等。
 
二、 腳手架搭設(shè)材料要求
    1）腳手架各種桿件采用外徑48mm、壁厚3.5mm的3號鋼焊接鋼管，使用生產(chǎn)廠家合格的產(chǎn)品并持有合格證，其力學(xué)性能應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼》GBT700中Q235A
