一;工程概況
1.2.2 地理位置和現場情況
工程位于上海閔行區莘莊工業區華寧路以西、橫沙河以北地塊，基地東側為華寧路，南側為正在施工的規劃主路一，預計年底建成。基地北面為 NEC廠房。現場地勢平坦。自然地面平均標高約為4.50m。
目前出入廠區有兩條道路。一條是沿華寧路（雙向四車道）、聯農路（6米水泥路）進入廠區東南角。另一條是沿華寧路、上廣電NEC南側圍墻市政路進入廠區東北角并與廠區北側道路銜接，目前正在進行市政道路施工,預計在8月底可以具備通車條件,現階段進出施工現場的道路為聯農路/華寧路，在臨時用電方面,已有兩路臨時供電線路接到施工現場,施工和生活用水有兩路,一路由廠區北側上廣電NEC接入,管徑為Ø50mm,另一路由東南側民房接入,管徑為40mm, 目前本工程三通一平已經完成，已具備開工條件。
1.2.3 工程施工單位概況
本工程共有4個單體組成，分別為：1工區、2工區、3工區。三個灌注樁基礎施工組，一個橋梁施工組。
