一、窗臺(tái)新的施工工藝
窗臺(tái)滲漏的原因：
（1） 窗臺(tái)頂面外側(cè)部分坡度不夠，出現(xiàn)倒泛水；
（2） 窗臺(tái)抹灰不平，沒有向外的坡度；
（3） 窗框與抹灰面接觸處，填塞不實(shí)、封閉不嚴(yán)或密封膠開裂。
新的施工措施：
1、 在貼外墻面磚時(shí)，按照窗臺(tái)的控制標(biāo)高留置窗臺(tái)面，并將窗臺(tái)頂面面磚按30~40的坡度粘貼。
2、 窗洞口抹灰時(shí)，在窗框處，沿窗臺(tái)頂面面磚里邊沿，用水泥砂漿做一高20~30mm的臺(tái)階，并且窗框下面的抹灰向外略微傾斜（框是彈性安裝，四周要留5~8mm的空隙，抹灰面略微放坡，不影響窗框安裝）。
3、 在窗框安裝好后，巖棉或巴提瑪槍式聚氨酯泡沫填縫劑填塞密實(shí)，在窗框兩側(cè)縫隙用硅酮密封膠密封即可。
通過采用上述方法，消除了窗臺(tái)倒泛水現(xiàn)象，解決了窗臺(tái)滲漏的問題，效果良好。

二、防止地面磚空鼓的措施
1、 基層必須認(rèn)真清掃干凈，并灑水充分濕潤，濕潤時(shí)間一般為24h，且無積水現(xiàn)象，以保證墊層與基層結(jié)合良好。

3, the window frames installed, rock wool or polyurethane foam sealant gun-type Ba Tima dense packing in window frames on both sides of gaps can be sealed with silicone sealant.
By using this method to eliminate the phenomenon of window flashing back to solve the window leakage problem, good results.
