④預(yù)制構(gòu)件安裝
A預(yù)制混凝土構(gòu)件應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)圖和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB50204-2002《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》的規(guī)定。
B構(gòu)件混凝土澆筑完畢后，應(yīng)標(biāo)注構(gòu)件的型號(hào)和制作日期，對(duì)于上、下難以分辨的構(gòu)件尚應(yīng)注意“上”字，并應(yīng)標(biāo)注在統(tǒng)一的位置上。
C預(yù)制構(gòu)件進(jìn)場(chǎng)要檢查板端是否堵孔（進(jìn)入板端4cm堵孔），如未堵應(yīng)補(bǔ)堵，樓板有裂縫者，不得使用。預(yù)制構(gòu)件安裝鋪放后，支座用水淋濕，再用10厚1：2.5水泥砂漿坐漿，安裝時(shí)，構(gòu)件留40-60mm板縫，內(nèi)附加1φ8鋼筋，縫內(nèi)采用C20細(xì)石砼澆灌密實(shí)。板縫施工層不能在結(jié)構(gòu)施工層進(jìn)行，以避免板的變形，振動(dòng)影響板縫質(zhì)量。
④ Install prefabricated
