四川地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《智能建筑工程施工工藝規(guī)程》
四川省建設(shè)廳川建科發(fā) [2007] 165號(hào)批準(zhǔn)為四川省工程建設(shè)推薦性地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編號(hào)為DB51/T5040-2007，實(shí)施日期為2007年10月1日。
智能建筑工程施工工藝規(guī)程
1 總 則
1.0.1 為了貫徹執(zhí)行《建筑工程施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB50300-2001）、《智能建筑工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》（GB50339-2003），加強(qiáng)智能建筑工程質(zhì)量管理，提高智能建筑工程施工技術(shù)水平，特制定本工藝規(guī)程。
1.0.2 本規(guī)程適用于四川省新建、擴(kuò)建、改建中的智能建筑分部工程施工和質(zhì)量控制。
1.0.3 本規(guī)程是以GB50300-2001、GB50339-2003為依據(jù)，參照四川省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑安裝工程施工工藝及操作規(guī)程》DB/5100P0100-88的有關(guān)內(nèi)容，引入了近年來(lái)在智能建筑工程中已成熟使用的新材料、新工藝，并考慮了節(jié)能、環(huán)保等因素編制而成。
1.0.4 智能建筑分部工程的施工和質(zhì)量控制，除應(yīng)執(zhí)行本規(guī)程外，尚應(yīng)符合國(guó)家現(xiàn)行的有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定。本規(guī)程所引用的國(guó)家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)以被引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的最新版本為準(zhǔn)。

Construction Technology of Intelligent Building Regulations
1 General Provisions
1.0.1 In order to implement the "Construction Quality Check Standard" (GB50300-2001), "Smart Construction Quality Acceptance" (GB50339-2003), to enhance the quality of intelligent building management, intelligent building construction technology to improve the level of technical rules are formulated.
1.0.2 The new rules apply to Sichuan Province, expansion, renovation of the intelligent building construction and quality control division.
1.0.3 The order is GB50300-2001, GB50339-2003, based on reference to local standards in Sichuan Province, "construction and installation, construction techniques and operation procedures" DB/5100P0100-88 of the content introduced in recent years in the Intelligent Building ripe to use the new materials, new technology, and to consider energy conservation, environmental protection and so compiled.
1.0.4 Intelligent Building Division works and quality control, in addition to the implementation of this order should be outside, there should be consistent with existing relevant national standards and specifications requirements. The order cited the current national standards should be quoted the latest version shall prevail.
