室內(nèi)消防氣體（鹵代烷）滅火系統(tǒng)管道及設(shè)備安裝
1 范圍
本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于重要機(jī)房、珍藏庫(kù)、檔案庫(kù)等建筑。室內(nèi)消防采用鹵代烷氣體滅火系統(tǒng)管道及設(shè)備安裝工程。鹵代烷滅火劑具有不導(dǎo)電、不污染特點(diǎn)，但只有在密閉空間中才能取得良好效果。
2 施工準(zhǔn)備
2.1 材料設(shè)備要求：
2.1.1 室內(nèi)消防氣體（鹵代烷）滅火設(shè)備、鋼材、管材、管件、各類(lèi)閥件及附屬制品零配件等，應(yīng)有出廠(chǎng)證明書(shū)及產(chǎn)品合格證。進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，安裝使用前做檢查、驗(yàn)證工作，必須符合國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)范、部頒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及消防監(jiān)督部門(mén)的規(guī)定和要求。
2.1.2 按照施工安裝進(jìn)度計(jì)劃核對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)后的材料數(shù)量，檢驗(yàn)其規(guī)格、型號(hào)、尺寸、質(zhì)量是否符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求。
2.1.2.1 鍍鋅碳素?zé)o縫鋼管及管件：
a 管材：采用鍍鋅碳素?zé)o縫鋼管或加厚鍍鋅碳素鋼管，管壁內(nèi)外鍍鋅均勻，無(wú)銹蝕，內(nèi)壁無(wú)卡筋，管壁厚度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。選擇管材時(shí)，內(nèi)部經(jīng)受的壓力應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
b 管件：采用鍛壓鋼件內(nèi)外鍍鋅，鍍鋅層表面均勻，無(wú)銹蝕、無(wú)偏扣、亂絲、方扣、絲扣不全、角度不準(zhǔn)等現(xiàn)象。特別是法蘭盤(pán)要內(nèi)外鍍鋅，鍍鋅層完整，水線(xiàn)均勻、不得有斷裂、粘著污物等現(xiàn)象。
2.1.2.2 有色金屬管道及管件：采用無(wú)縫銅管道及管件，管壁厚內(nèi)外均勻，管皮內(nèi)外表面光澤平滑，管件不得有絲扣不全、角度不準(zhǔn)、偏扣、亂絲等現(xiàn)象。
2.1.2.3 閥件：閥件到貨后，要做抽樣實(shí)驗(yàn)，應(yīng)無(wú)裂紋、鑄造外型美觀(guān)、內(nèi)外規(guī)矩、開(kāi)關(guān)靈活嚴(yán)密、手輪無(wú)損壞。
2.1.2.4 設(shè)備：鹵代烷氣體鋼瓶、起動(dòng)裝置箱及箱內(nèi)附屬設(shè)備及零配件的規(guī)格、型號(hào)、尺寸、質(zhì)量必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，其設(shè)備的零配件應(yīng)齊全，外觀(guān)表面規(guī)整，無(wú)損傷。搬運(yùn)時(shí)戴上瓶蓋，不能倒置、沖擊，慎重操作，不允許放在日光下直射及高溫、附近有

1 Scope
