《建筑安裝（市政基礎設施）工程竣工檔案移交書》（以下簡稱《移交書》），是工程建設單位向城建檔案館移交檔案材料的清單，由工程建設單位填寫后，隨同工程檔案一并移交，填寫時應注意：
1、《移交書》填寫以單位工程為單位填寫，如：一個工程項目包含N個單位工程，則《移交書》要分別填寫N份；
