成品保護方案

1．玻璃幕墻、鋁合金窗成品保護
1.1  幕墻、窗框四周嵌防水密封膠時，操作應仔細，不得污染幕墻、窗框。
1.2  拆搭腳手架、跳板其材料對鋁框要有相應的保護措施，否則不許在門窗框上拖拽，安裝管線，設備應防止撞壞幕墻。
1.3  不許在幕墻、窗框上撞擊，釘釘或刻畫，幕墻、窗玻璃安裝后立即貼上“小心玻璃”標志。
2．電信通訊成品保護
面板、模塊、配線架、機柜、控制箱、控制柜、攝像頭和報警器的安裝在內裝基本完成后進行。其他安裝與相關工序配合進行。
3．木門成品保護
3.1  木門扇、框及貼臉線和筒子板等進人場地后，必須將材料放置在通風良好，防雨防潮的地方并設專人管理。
3.2  油漆和膠等一些易燃材料必須放置在遠離火種和易燃產品處，并設專用房間加以保管。

3.4  嚴禁撞擊門框扇及貼臉。
4．地面、墻面成品保護
4.1  地面抹好后，進行灑水養護7d內不得進行下一道工序操作。
4.2  運輸通道處的地面，養護完畢后鋪設保護層保護地面。
4.3  做好的地面，不允許有污染物落灑在地面上如：機油、油漆、油污、膠或粘
