在2006年這一年內(nèi)的時(shí)間里，我兢兢業(yè)業(yè)做好本職業(yè)工作，積極自覺利用節(jié)假日參與設(shè)施廠的加班加點(diǎn)工作。用滿腔熱情積極、認(rèn)真地完成好每一項(xiàng)任務(wù)，嚴(yán)格遵守設(shè)施廠的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度，認(rèn)真履行崗位職責(zé)，自覺按章操作；平時(shí)生活中團(tuán)結(jié)同事、不斷提升自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。本人主要職責(zé)是負(fù)責(zé)交通工程的土建安裝、項(xiàng)目管理、工程竣工資料以及工程預(yù)結(jié)算資料歸檔工作，兼顧現(xiàn)場施工技術(shù)管理員。
現(xiàn)將我的工作情況作如下匯報(bào)有如下幾點(diǎn)：
01.  負(fù)責(zé)G105線（溫泉～陳田段）交通整治工程 I 標(biāo)、II 標(biāo)和G107線（大沙地~東莞交界）交通整治工程的竣工資料整理歸檔，以及現(xiàn)場施工指揮無線交通信號燈工程和標(biāo)志安裝等多項(xiàng)工作。從這三個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目管理中，我更透切了解和掌握交通安全設(shè)施工程管理的奧秘：
a、從安排材料和機(jī)械進(jìn)場、構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)任務(wù)通知單、桿件材料成品、倉庫購買材料記入、施工任務(wù)通知單、直至到工程竣工驗(yàn)收結(jié)算等各方面工作，無不緊湊嚴(yán)密；安排得當(dāng)合理與否，是影響工程進(jìn)度的一個(gè)重要因素。
b、在廠各個(gè)部門同時(shí)要相互協(xié)調(diào)，使人力、物力、財(cái)力等資源得到更充分發(fā)揮，工程項(xiàng)目造價(jià)就會淋漓盡致地表現(xiàn)出來，能夠充分把握住控制成本。例如，生產(chǎn)構(gòu)件和施工技術(shù)是否按足設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和施工圖紙以及施工技術(shù)規(guī)范要求，若不然到工程竣工驗(yàn)收時(shí)，質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站勘查驗(yàn)收會各項(xiàng)細(xì)節(jié)工作疏忽而定結(jié)論：該工程經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場驗(yàn)收情況觀察仍存在不少問題（施工工藝不符合設(shè)計(jì)要求；構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)成品尺寸沒有達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)值；竣工資料不齊全，缺少材料質(zhì)量證明原件，無相關(guān)檢測報(bào)告等）。
c、在交通信號燈工程方面，要考慮現(xiàn)
