1．1  工程特點(diǎn)
1．1．1  編制依據(jù)：天然氣分公司杏一輕烴歧化裝置工程施工圖紙，有關(guān)國(guó)家、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
1．1．2  建設(shè)地點(diǎn)：大慶市紅崗區(qū)天然氣分公司杏一集氣站內(nèi)。
1．1．3  工程組成：新建杏一輕烴歧化裝置1套。裝置分五個(gè)單元：100單元輕烴歧化裝置，200單元反應(yīng)物分離系統(tǒng)，300單元再生氣循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，400單元輕烴分離系統(tǒng)，500單元公用工程系統(tǒng)。
1．1．4  工程建設(shè)目的：采用生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)成熟、靈活、先進(jìn)可靠，節(jié)能降耗、副產(chǎn)品回收利用，得到附加值高、有市場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品，以提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
1．1．5  設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模：新建杏一輕烴歧化裝置1套。本裝置年處理輕烴原料5萬噸。塔分離系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)年操作時(shí)間為8000小時(shí)，歧化反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)為6000小時(shí)，再生系統(tǒng)為2000小時(shí)。裝置操作彈性為設(shè)計(jì)能力的60%~110%。
1．1．6  裝置工程量
本裝置設(shè)備臺(tái)數(shù)為63臺(tái)套，設(shè)備總重571.5噸。自動(dòng)控制調(diào)節(jié)回路數(shù)32個(gè)。工藝管線總長(zhǎng)9.17千米，各類閥門1386個(gè)。占地面積1945公頃，建筑面積541平方米。
1．1．7  施工工期：2003年4月15日至2003年10月30日，總工期199天。
1．2  建設(shè)地點(diǎn)特征
   該工程建在大慶天然氣分公司杏一集氣站內(nèi)，該廠區(qū)位于大慶市紅崗區(qū)，北距大慶火車站約25公里，南距紅崗鎮(zhèn)約5公里。廠區(qū)有公路與薩大路
