2  工程概況
2．1 基本情況
 東深供水局14＃、23＃、25＃職工住宅樓均座落于深圳市羅湖區東深供水局原家屬樓區之東深－街兩側的三個地塊上。其中14＃樓與23＃樓多層住宅夾東深－街而立，14＃樓在街南側，23＃樓在街北側；25＃小高層住宅在街北側，位于23＃樓之東，與23＃樓隔一棟原有家屬樓。三棟住宅樓造型典雅華貴，倚山望水（深圳水庫），風景秀麗，實乃深圳市絕佳的居住

A basis for preparing
1.1 Dongjiang - Shenzhen Water Supply Authority and compiled the "East-Shenzhen Water Supply Bureau 14 #, 23 #, 25 # residential building project tender" and "Tender Q Minutes"
1.2 Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai, Guangzhou Chi designed Shenzhen Water Supply Bureau of East 14 #, 23 #, 25 # staff residential buildings of architectural, structural, electrical, drainage, ventilation and construction plans
1.3 State the current technical standards for construction of the project, the Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City, point of order, requirements, etc. (see Appendix)

 East Shenzhen Water Supply Bureau 14 #, 23 #, 25 # staff residential buildings are located in the East, Luohu District, Shenzhen Water Supply Bureau of the original family wings District of East Deep - Street side of the three plots. 14 # 23 # F, F, and multi-storey residential Folder East Deep - Street standing, 14 # Building in Street, south side, north side of the street 23 # F; 25 # small high-rise residential north side of the street, located east of Building 23 # , and 23 # F, repeat a previous family wings. 3 elegant luxury residential building, Forest Hill looking water (Shenzhen Reservoir), beautiful scenery and great exercise in living in Shenzhen City
