第一章、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)
第一節(jié)、施工方案編制原則及依據(jù)
本工程根據(jù)業(yè)主對(duì)工程招標(biāo)要求、施工圖、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察、施工圖預(yù)算、建筑施工規(guī)范等為依據(jù)，按照本工程的特點(diǎn)以及公司幾十年中與此同類工程施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)編寫(xiě)，從而達(dá)到降低成本，縮短工期，安全文明，保證質(zhì)量的目的。
第二節(jié)、工程施工準(zhǔn)備大綱
    1、中標(biāo)后簽訂工程合同，召開(kāi)開(kāi)工預(yù)備工作會(huì)議，組織有關(guān)人員對(duì)工程的各項(xiàng)要求及合同規(guī)定進(jìn)行交底。
2、組建工程項(xiàng)目部。落實(shí)四部一室人員，即：工程部、技術(shù)部、物資部、經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃部、辦公室。
3、按照平面布置規(guī)劃方案，進(jìn)行臨設(shè)、臨水、臨電等工作的施工準(zhǔn)備，同時(shí)進(jìn)行機(jī)械、人力、物力的籌備、采購(gòu)工作。
4、落實(shí)分項(xiàng)工程責(zé)任承包小組，并簽訂分項(xiàng)合同。
5、進(jìn)行技術(shù)交底，對(duì)特殊工藝、特殊人員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
6、對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)工人進(jìn)行三級(jí)安全教育，辦理入保手續(xù)。
7、組織主要材料首批進(jìn)場(chǎng)，機(jī)械進(jìn)場(chǎng)，中小型工具進(jìn)場(chǎng)。
8、制訂工程技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、安全、財(cái)
