1-1-1工程概況
XX師范學(xué)院新校區(qū)綜合教學(xué)樓建設(shè)工程，建設(shè)地點(diǎn)位于XX市，共六層，屋頂設(shè)電梯機(jī)房等，建筑占地面積3198.76m2，建筑面積為14653.71m2。建筑高度23.05 m，框架結(jié)構(gòu)，框架抗震等級(jí)為三級(jí),抗震設(shè)防烈度為七度,防火等級(jí)為二級(jí),屋面防水等級(jí)為二級(jí)，工程設(shè)計(jì)建筑耐久年限為50年。
本工程各層建筑功能分別為：
一層：門(mén)廳、教室、配電室、值班室、內(nèi)院、觀景平臺(tái)、廁所等，層高3.90m；
二層：教室、辦公室、教師休息室、廁所等，層高為3.60m；
三至四層：計(jì)算機(jī)教室、教室、辦公室、教師休息室、廁所等，層高為3.60m；
五至六層：教室、辦公室、教師休息室、廁所等，層高為3.60m；
屋頂層：屋頂為設(shè)備用房及電梯機(jī)房等，層高3.60m。
防水工程：本工程防水等級(jí)為二級(jí)，屋面防水采用屋面鋼筋混凝土剛性自防水和卷材防水相結(jié)合，防水層采用SEP復(fù)合防水卷材（有保溫隔熱層），面貼地磚。
大樓外裝飾為：外墻面主要為乳白色外墻漆，裝飾線條為200mm寬咖啡色色帶，局部為玻璃幕墻，窗臺(tái)以下部
