天津開發(fā)區(qū)泰達(dá)大街人行天橋工程技術(shù)文件
1、 工程概況：
 1.1、工程簡(jiǎn)述
  泰達(dá)大街位于開發(fā)區(qū)中心區(qū)域金融區(qū)泰豐公園附近，跨越泰達(dá)大街，是天津市開發(fā)區(qū)又一使用價(jià)值與景觀效果并重的人行天橋。
  泰達(dá)天橋與下穿泰達(dá)大街基本正交，根據(jù)甲方要求人行天橋必須一跨跨越泰達(dá)
大街90規(guī)劃紅線，考慮到橋墩寬度尺寸，選定跨徑為92.5m，橋面全寬6.5m，
橋面凈寬4m。橋梁主體為鋼結(jié)構(gòu)單斜塔、主受力后背索、左右穩(wěn)定索和橋面空
間斜拉索聯(lián)系組成空間受力體系，塔與梁體結(jié)構(gòu)分離（指通過柔性的斜拉索聯(lián)
系）。橋梁兩側(cè)各設(shè)置凈寬2.4m人行梯道2座、電梯1座。
 1.2、自然、氣候條件
  1）氣候：天津市屬于暖帶半濕潤(rùn)季風(fēng)氣候，位于大陸性與海洋性氣候的過渡帶上，四季分明。冬季受蒙古冷高氣壓控制，盛行西北風(fēng)；夏季受太平洋副熱帶高氣壓左右，多為偏南風(fēng)。氣候特點(diǎn)是：春季干旱多風(fēng)，冷暖多變；夏季溫高濕重，雨熱共濟(jì)；秋天天高云淡，風(fēng)和日麗；冬季寒冷干燥，雨雪稀少。
  2）氣溫：年平均氣溫11.1~12.3℃，七月平均氣溫26℃以上，一月平均氣溫-4℃以下，極端最高溫40.3℃，極端最低氣溫-21℃
  3）降水量：年平均降水量550~680mm，一日最大暴雨量304.4mm，每年6~9月為汛期，平均雨日34天左右，占全年總降水量的73%以上，冬季雨雪量只占全年總降水量的1%~3%。
  4）冰凍：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)凍土深度0.6m左右。
  5）風(fēng)：年平均風(fēng)速2~5m/s，最大風(fēng)速22m/s，瞬間風(fēng)速大于等于17m/s，年平均日數(shù)為31~53天。
  6）濕度：7，8月份平均值可達(dá)80%，2~4月份最低值為0。
1.3、地質(zhì)條件
 本場(chǎng)地埋深60.30m深度范圍內(nèi)，地基土按成因年代可分為以下7層，按力學(xué)性能可分為11個(gè)亞層，自上而下為

 1.1, Project Description

  1) Climate: Tianjin is warm with a humid monsoon climate, continental and maritime climate in the transition zone, the four distinct seasons.
