B橋處理施工總結(jié)

深圳市海上田園B橋處理工程在深圳市海上田園風(fēng)光建設(shè)指揮部、深圳市寶安區(qū)建設(shè)監(jiān)理公司、中南市政設(shè)計院、區(qū)質(zhì)檢站等相關(guān)部門的大力支持下，我公司現(xiàn)已圓滿的完成了該橋的就位于加固等處理工作。

一、工程概況
深圳市海上田園B橋處理工程位于海上田園區(qū)內(nèi)，是密林區(qū)至園區(qū)大門方向的主要通道，橫跨蘆花湖，橋長約40m、寬10.0m。橋墩偏移的主要原因地質(zhì)條件差，淤泥深達(dá)7.0m，橋頭回填方擠壓使橋墩偏位，為了解決橋墩移位，特請鐵科院與中南市政設(shè)計院到現(xiàn)場查看，并提出相關(guān)的解決方案與施工圖，施工圖紙要求拆卸橋頭回填土方，校正橋墩進行加固，橋頭兩側(cè)回填輕質(zhì)材料（EPS板），恢復(fù)路基。

二、施工情況
根據(jù)中南市政設(shè)計院施工圖紙進行加固處理，在該橋兩側(cè)即上下游河床采用砂袋圍堰抽水，待水抽排干后清理河槽底，橋頭兩側(cè)滑動土采用機械開挖土方自由卸車外運，其中南側(cè)挖方長41.5m、寬16.0m，北側(cè)挖方23.5m、寬16.0m，兩側(cè)挖土方2047m3，人工清理淤泥416m3，回填EPS輕質(zhì)材料與石粉1870m3，原土回填607m3。
滑動土卸出后，于兩側(cè)校正借力復(fù)位樁，用采φ25mm鋼絲繩（抗拉力不小于150KN），一端套在復(fù)位樁的液壓式千斤頂，另一端套在橋墩的偏移墩上，慢慢加壓千斤頂進行復(fù)位。復(fù)位垂直線使用經(jīng)緯儀進行定位控制，待橋墩完全就位后，河槽底（橋下）
B Bridge Treatment Construction Summary

First, project survey

After unloading sliding soil, leveraging on both sides of calibration reset pile, with mining φ25mm rope (tensile strength not less than 150KN), one end of the set of hydraulic pile in the reset jack, set the other end of the offset in the bridge pier pier, the slow slow jack pressure reset.
