施工技術總結

深圳市田園海上風光旅游區游覽步道區工程經過我司近十個月努力奮戰，已勝利竣工。在此感謝建設單位、監理單位和其它各相關質監單位的大力支持與配合。
一、工程概況
本工程地處沙井鎮民主村田園路以北，毗鄰農耕文明館展區，總建筑面積992.3㎡，基中服務建筑263.3㎡，其它729㎡。本工程由西向東依次為服務建筑、休息廊、公廁，三者已由田園路為進口的進化大道連接，西側布置雕塑、花園、茶園等景點。其中，服務建筑共一層，為本工程設計主體構造為鋼體蓬架結構。由平面間距尺寸為4.5m×4.5m鋼柱拉張拉膜組合而成，共計七座，全部采用輕質泰柏板墻體，復合壓型鋼板屋面結構，服務建筑為三類防雷建筑場，休息廊位于本區中部靠東，弧形平面，內弧平徑249m，全部木質結構，螺栓連接，公廁位于東側進化大道口。管線中，污水管徑200mm，與田園路市政污水管接通。雨水管徑有d300、d400、d500三種，并設φ100磚砌圓形雨水檢查井和單雨水口，與市政雨水管連通。給水管室外埋深0.7m，室內為明裝，由田園路市政給水管引入。綠化澆灌給水管采用PVC管引自補水管，并在相應位置設室外灑水栓，埋深0.5m（穿越道路采用鍍鋅鋼管）。
二、施工組織
本工程由我司精心組織配備科學合理的項目部，有項目經理、項目副經理、項目技術負責人、土建施工員、給排水施工員、電氣施工員、預算員、材料員、安全員、質檢員，并組織90～110勞動工人進行施工。根據施工特點，準備了5臺YE14型振動

Second, construction organization
