施工技術(shù)總結(jié)
 
一、工程概況
千禧鵲橋、田園橋、花橋、余慶橋、萬(wàn)壽龜橋及增加的引橋，是水上街市吉慶廣場(chǎng)工程的組成部分，是聯(lián)系各境點(diǎn)及各境區(qū)之間的走廊。由深圳市海上田園風(fēng)光旅游開(kāi)發(fā)公司興建、東南大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)、寶安監(jiān)理公司監(jiān)理、深圳市華僑建筑工程公司承建施工。橋身主體為鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，基礎(chǔ)以φ550水泥攪拌樁為支承點(diǎn)在上設(shè)獨(dú)立條型鋼筋砼承臺(tái)，橋高4.8m，橋長(zhǎng)分別7m～12m，寬度m3.6～12m，五座橋總工程造價(jià)為136萬(wàn)元。
本五座橋工程于2001年9月10日相繼開(kāi)工，并于2001年12月5日全部完工，歷時(shí)95天，工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到優(yōu)良。

二、施工管理及組織
我公司根據(jù)業(yè)主的使用要求，本著以主人翁的精神，以目標(biāo)統(tǒng)攬全局，以經(jīng)濟(jì)承包為杠桿進(jìn)行精心組織、科學(xué)管理，建立一個(gè)權(quán)限明確、責(zé)任清晰、分項(xiàng)細(xì)致、要求嚴(yán)格、高效率的管理組織機(jī)構(gòu)和素質(zhì)過(guò)硬的專(zhuān)業(yè)施工隊(duì)伍，其形式和投入的主要人員及機(jī)械設(shè)備如下：
