東北軍輝路橋集團(tuán)于2004年4月中標(biāo)瓦房店城八線路基二標(biāo)段。于4月21日進(jìn)入工地,經(jīng)過16個(gè)月的奮戰(zhàn)于2005年8月份工程主體工程基本完成。并于2005年10月末交工驗(yàn)收。原中標(biāo)價(jià)格3174萬元,變更線路核定標(biāo)價(jià)2845萬元,設(shè)計(jì)變更及增加預(yù)算1180萬元,初步結(jié)算4025萬元。利潤(rùn)估算在400萬元左右。現(xiàn)將工程做一下簡(jiǎn)單總結(jié)。
一, 瓦房店城八公路第二合同段的基本概況。
(一)項(xiàng)目位置
城八公路(瓦房店至長(zhǎng)興島段)第二合同段東起瓦房店市的雙房身,途經(jīng)大李屯、老田溝、石屯和大四川,西至城八公路與沈大高速公路交叉跨線橋。
(二) 地形與地質(zhì)情況
本項(xiàng)目位于遼寧省中部沿海地區(qū)。區(qū)域內(nèi)地貌形態(tài)屬于平原微丘區(qū),路線所經(jīng)地區(qū)以旱田、荒山,河道為主。
該地區(qū)工程地質(zhì)條件比較簡(jiǎn)單,上部覆蓋為亞粘土,下為碎石土,層厚一般為2-3米,局部路段較厚;鶐r進(jìn)埋深較淺,有的路段直接出露。下伏基巖為沉積巖,巖質(zhì)以泥質(zhì)砂巖、泥巖為主。
