第一章 施工組織方案
1.1 施工測量
本工程施工測量的主要任務是：施工控制網的建立(包括全線主控制網的復測與施工控制網點的加密)，施工細部結構以及形體的幾何尺寸，傾角、線型等精密定位，本工程涉及到工程測量與安裝測量兩方面的技術問題，測量技術含量高，施工測量精度要求高，因此我項目部將本工程施工測量列為首要工序，重點管理，要求測量部門技術超前，科學管理，及時總結，精益求精，以高質量、高效率地完成本工程施工測量任務。
1.1.1測量質量技術管理
（1）測量硬件設施配置：本工程中，將投入1臺高精度的全站儀，2臺高精度的精密水準儀，2臺J2經緯儀以及相關測量設備。
（2）測量人員配備：在本工程中我單位將調派富有市政道路施工測量經驗的測量工程師1名和測量工2名。
（3）測量技術管理：在本工程施工中擬建嚴格的測量校核、復核、審核技術管理制度，除在測量部門內部實行此制度進行自檢外，項目部實行項目總工程師、專職質檢員、測量技術主管三級參加的技術復核制度，單項技術干部參加并負責單項的測量技術復核工作，本工程測量技術管理流程見下圖。

1.1 Construction Survey
