第一章 施工組織方案

1.1 施工測(cè)量
    本工程施工測(cè)量的主要任務(wù)是：施工控制網(wǎng)的建立(包括全線主控制網(wǎng)的復(fù)測(cè)與施工控制網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的加密)，施工細(xì)部結(jié)構(gòu)以及形體的幾何尺寸，傾角、線型等精密定位，本工程涉及到工程測(cè)量與安裝測(cè)量?jī)煞矫娴募夹g(shù)問(wèn)題，測(cè)量技術(shù)含量高，施工測(cè)量精度要求高，因此我項(xiàng)目部將本工程施工測(cè)量列為首要工序，重點(diǎn)管理，要求測(cè)量部門技術(shù)超前，科學(xué)管理，及時(shí)總結(jié)，精益求精，以高質(zhì)量、高效率地完成本工程施工測(cè)量任務(wù)。
1.1.1測(cè)量質(zhì)量技術(shù)管理
    （1）測(cè)量硬件設(shè)施配置：本工程中，將投入1臺(tái)高精度的全站儀，2臺(tái)高精度的精密水準(zhǔn)儀，2臺(tái)J2經(jīng)緯儀以及相關(guān)測(cè)量設(shè)備。
    （2）測(cè)量人員配備：在本工程中我單位將調(diào)派富有市政道路施工測(cè)量經(jīng)驗(yàn)的測(cè)量工程師1名和測(cè)量工2名。
（3）測(cè)量技術(shù)管理：在本工程施工中擬建嚴(yán)格的測(cè)量校核、復(fù)核、審核技術(shù)管理制度，除在測(cè)量部門內(nèi)部實(shí)行此制度進(jìn)行自檢外，項(xiàng)目部實(shí)行項(xiàng)目總工程師、專職質(zhì)檢員、測(cè)量技術(shù)主管三級(jí)參加的技術(shù)復(fù)核制度，單項(xiàng)技術(shù)干部參加并負(fù)責(zé)單項(xiàng)的測(cè)量技術(shù)復(fù)核工作，本工程測(cè)量技術(shù)管理流程見(jiàn)下圖。
Chapter Organization Plan

1.1 Construction Survey
