無靴端夯擴灌注樁工法.doc

無靴端夯擴灌注樁（簡稱夯擴樁）是一種采用錘擊方式將樁端現(xiàn)澆混凝土夯擴成大頭形的灌注樁，由浙江省機械施工公司與杭州市城建設計院等單位于1979年共同研試成功，它與國外已獲專利的“法蘭克樁”和“阿爾法樁”同屬樁端夯擴型灌注樁。該類樁除具有技術可靠、工藝科學、施工周期短、無泥漿和工程造價低等優(yōu)點外，對同直徑的灌注樁而言，單樁承載力有較大幅度提高。

1特點
    1.l由于樁端通過夯擴形成大頭，且可根據(jù)不同設計要求進行多次夯擴或多節(jié)夯擴，增大了樁端或樁身局部截面積，提高了單樁垂直承載力（RK）。
    1.2采用同樁身同標號的干混凝土作土塞，成功地解決了施工中孔底止淤的關鍵質量問題，減少了樁的沉降，同時撥管成樁時，樁身混凝土是利用柴油錘和內夯管的自重壓密成形，保證了樁身質量。
    1.3由于夯擴樁是采用打入并夯擴成樁，故對樁周及樁端地基土有明顯擠密作用，從而提高了地基土強度，對地基處理有一定復合作用，同時對防止砂土地震液化有一定效果。
    1.4對設計要求的適應性強，可根據(jù)地基土的分布條件與性質來選擇樁長和調整夯擴參數(shù)，以滿足設計所需的承載力。
    1.5夯擴樁施工簡便，周期短，施工中不存在泥漿處理等問題，降低工程造價，具有明顯的經濟效益。
