沖擊鉆機施工樁基
1.施工方法
采用GCF型正循環鉆機沖擊成孔,鉆頭采用“十字型”,泥漿護壁,泥漿比重1.4~1.8,含砂率6%,膠體率大于95%?卓谧o筒采用鋼護筒,護筒壁厚6mm以上,旱地及河灘采用挖埋方式埋置,淺水區采用筑島圍堰施工,深水區設棧橋及工作平臺。鉆進沖程根據地層情況控制:一般地層2~3m,開孔時及溶洞鉆進時0.8~1.5m。終孔后采用換漿法清孔。鋼筋籠采用分節預制,節長8~10m,吊裝焊接入孔。樁身砼采用φ30垂直導管,拔塞法灌注水下砼。
溶洞地層樁基施工:上覆層擴大孔徑0.2m鉆孔至基巖面下0.5m處,下入略大于原設計樁徑0.1m的鋼護筒至孔底以穩定上覆層。鋼護筒采用1cm以上厚度的鋼板分節卷制,節長2~4m,吊裝入孔焊接。填充溶洞處理:投入片石及粘土,小沖程沖砸擠石造壁加固孔壁;未填充溶洞處理:投入袋裝片石及粘土或水泥筑成島狀,然后小沖程鉆孔通過。

1. Construction Method
