安裝工程工程量計(jì)算表使用說(shuō)明書(shū)  
1、計(jì)算工程量前，肯定要進(jìn)行熟習(xí)圖紙（高手除外）和收集相關(guān)的圖集資料。此時(shí)可以打開(kāi)《匯總表》把圖紙上所涉及到工程量計(jì)算的工程項(xiàng)目一一羅列出來(lái)，當(dāng)然不用先急著計(jì)算工程量,但可以套上定額編號(hào)或清單編碼，套上定額編號(hào)或清單編碼后，表格自動(dòng)編序號(hào)。對(duì)于直接可以清點(diǎn)出工程量的少量工程項(xiàng)目，如配電箱等可以將工程量直接寫(xiě)入?yún)R總表。  
2、圖紙也看完了，要計(jì)算的項(xiàng)目心中也有數(shù)了，可以打開(kāi)按圖紙計(jì)算工程量了，同我們手工計(jì)算一樣，在《計(jì)算表》中，填寫(xiě)計(jì)算部位，規(guī)格，列算式，當(dāng)然計(jì)算結(jié)果不用我們?cè)侔从?jì)算器的了。計(jì)算中，要注意，匯總是自動(dòng)完成的，且是按特征規(guī)格欄進(jìn)行分類(lèi)合并的。這一欄必須與《匯總表》欄保持名稱(chēng)一致，如 PC20管暗設(shè)，可以就寫(xiě)“PC20/暗”,具體按個(gè)人書(shū)寫(xiě)習(xí)慣了。  
    3、校驗(yàn)一列，是用來(lái)核對(duì)我們《計(jì)算表》特征規(guī)格同《匯總表》特征規(guī)格是否一致或是否有項(xiàng)目，如規(guī)格類(lèi)別名稱(chēng)沒(méi)有或錯(cuò)誤，如“PC16”寫(xiě)成 “PC15”,則顯示“請(qǐng)核對(duì)”，核對(duì)無(wú)誤則打鉤“√”。為了節(jié)省時(shí)間，或不打斷思路，就先一步一步先算吧。最后把有“請(qǐng)核對(duì)”的項(xiàng)目修正至全部為“√” 就可以了。  
    4、《封面》中分部工程、分項(xiàng)工程中的填寫(xiě)內(nèi)容,可利用“▼”按鈕進(jìn)行選錄,缺項(xiàng)內(nèi)容可自行在《單位庫(kù)》中B列、C列補(bǔ)錄。  
    5、《匯總表》中序號(hào)在定額號(hào)錄入后可自動(dòng)錄入。  
    6、《匯總表》、《計(jì)算表》中的單位中的填寫(xiě)內(nèi)容,可利用“▼”按鈕進(jìn)行選錄,缺項(xiàng)內(nèi)容可自行在《單位庫(kù)》中A列補(bǔ)錄。  
    7、《計(jì)算表》的計(jì)算表達(dá)式中,可利用“[、]”填寫(xiě)附注內(nèi)容。  
    8、《計(jì)算表》中增加操作序,便于在利用排序功能尋找相同項(xiàng)目后恢復(fù)原位。  
    9、《匯總表》、《計(jì)算表》均設(shè)置多頁(yè)打印表頭自排功能和頁(yè)碼自動(dòng)排序。  
    10、《匯總表》、《計(jì)算表》均設(shè)置表頭凍結(jié),便于查看。  
    11、EXCEL是博大精深，其它操作詳見(jiàn)OFFICE幫助了。
