不擾民施工措施
為保證讓施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周圍的單位、居民有一個(gè)良好的工作、學(xué)習(xí)和生活環(huán)境，在施工過程中要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行以下不擾民施工措施：
1．晚上十點(diǎn)至早上六點(diǎn)，原則上停止一切建筑施工活動(dòng)，特別是噪聲較大的施工活動(dòng)，以免影響周圍的單位、居民的休息。不可避免要在該時(shí)段內(nèi)施工作業(yè)，施工前要先取得周圍的單位、居民或居委會(huì)的同意，并到政府有關(guān)部門辦理相應(yīng)施工許可手續(xù)。
2．施工過程中所產(chǎn)生的垃圾、廢水、廢氣等有可能污染周圍環(huán)境的，應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)措施及時(shí)處理，不可隨意傾倒、排放。
3．施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)車輛進(jìn)出場(chǎng)時(shí)，要避開每日上、下班（學(xué)）時(shí)段，不要造成施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周圍交通不暢或發(fā)生事故。
4．施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)材料的運(yùn)輸車輛要沖洗干凈，方可進(jìn)出現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，運(yùn)送散裝材料的車輛要有防止散落、飄落的措施，防止污染周圍地面。運(yùn)送砂、石的車輛在卸車時(shí)，要避開居民休息時(shí)段，以免卸料噪音影響他人休息。
5．施工過程中若造成周圍環(huán)境地面及空氣污染，應(yīng)及時(shí)中止施工并采取有力措施及時(shí)清理、整改。
6．施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)周圍設(shè)置安全警示牌，提醒路人
