托克托電廠二期工程#3冷卻塔位于主廠房北側，為雙曲線型自然通風冷卻塔。中心坐標：A=5953.60；B=2807.30，±0.000m相當于絕對標高：1065.500m，淋水面積6500m2，塔高125m，進風口高度8.0m，通風筒為現澆鋼筋砼結構，殼體最大半徑46.820m，喉部半徑26.280m，最大厚度750mm，最小厚度180mm，在8.870m和11.680m標高處設置兩層環形牛腿，塔頂設一剛性環。
