一、工程概況
本工程位于×××××小區(qū)西區(qū)15、17、20＃住宅樓工程位于北京市××區(qū)××村。北臨規(guī)劃××二號路。總建筑面積為50803m2。地下二層為五級普通人防，地下一層為設(shè)備間、自行車庫和管理用房，地上為住宅。
北京市地區(qū)的雨季施工為6月－8月，該季節(jié)的歷史平均降雨量為423mm，占北京市年平均降雨量的74％。期間有數(shù)次的大到暴雨天氣，局部地區(qū)可能出現(xiàn)洪澇災(zāi)害。因此雨季施工時，應(yīng)與當(dāng)?shù)貧庀蟛块T密切聯(lián)系，注意收聽當(dāng)?shù)靥鞖忸A(yù)報，做好預(yù)防準(zhǔn)備工作。
二、雨季施工原則
