FM2555塔機(jī)群拆卸施工方案.doc

1. 概述
由中建二局南方建筑公司總承包的胡志明市順橋廣場(chǎng)是越南在建最大規(guī)模民用建筑工
程，建筑總面積97000m2，地上36 層，塔樓群頂標(biāo)高為110.536m，廣場(chǎng)地處胡志明市市區(qū)
中心，裙房南北兩側(cè)緊靠市區(qū)公路干線雄王道和新興街。由于受現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境的限制施工無(wú)法使
用常規(guī)外爬塔機(jī)，受電梯井道尺寸及結(jié)構(gòu)的限制也無(wú)法使用常規(guī)內(nèi)爬方案，結(jié)合各方面的因
素，選用了拓植公司生產(chǎn)FM2555 大型塔機(jī)，采用電梯井道內(nèi)連續(xù)加高的內(nèi)置安裝方案。主
體結(jié)構(gòu)封頂后，塔機(jī)主鉤標(biāo)高120m，單機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)總重120t，機(jī)群中心距離分別為65.58m 及
56.20m。根據(jù)順橋廣場(chǎng)施工總進(jìn)度要求，一期工程拆除塔樓1 號(hào)及2 號(hào)塔機(jī)，每臺(tái)工期13d。
二期工程拆除塔樓3 號(hào)塔機(jī)，工程15d。由于塔機(jī)拆除工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大，項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部采用國(guó)際招
標(biāo)法，參與工程投標(biāo)的還有新加坡的Handing way 公司及越南BINH TRIEU 公司。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的塔
機(jī)布置如圖1 所示。

2. 技術(shù)方案
本工程工期短，難度大，又由于境外工程各方面條件的限制，制定安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)高效
的技術(shù)方案顯得非常重要。根據(jù)順橋廣場(chǎng)FM2555 塔機(jī)安裝的特殊性，一期工程采用最大限
度利用FM2555 塔機(jī)自身結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)構(gòu)的自卸方案。二期工程最大限度利用塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)
場(chǎng)環(huán)境特點(diǎn)，采用先拆塔身，后拆兩臂的逆卸方案。該方案經(jīng)與新加坡的Handing Way 公司1. Overview
