本工程為XXXXXX，其中B3～B4棟帶有一層地下室。地上12層，首層層高6.0米，為架空層，其余樓層層高2.9米，總高度45.75米。工程結構為現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結構（局部框支轉換）。工程場地地下水位較高，且存在較厚的淤泥和粉細砂層。局部地段軟硬互層帶比較發(fā)育。基礎原設計為人工挖孔樁，后因地質情況復雜，現(xiàn)更改為沖孔樁。

Engineering structure of steel reinforced concrete frame wall structure (local frame supported conversion). Project site high water table, and there is a thick layer of silt and fine sand. Local sites soft and hard rocks with more development. Based on the original design for the artificial foundation pile, after the complex due to geological conditions, is changed to punch pile.
