一、工程概況
中科院中關(guān)村10 號樓基礎(chǔ)埋深標(biāo)高-12.01m，CFG 復(fù)合樁地基，基礎(chǔ)
開挖采用土釘墻邊坡支護(hù)方式，基礎(chǔ)底板1.6m 厚，底板外模采用磚砌胎膜，
地下結(jié)構(gòu)底板下及外墻外鋪貼兩層SBS 防水卷材。
本工程基礎(chǔ)底板防水施工后，進(jìn)行底板胎膜外的2︰8 灰土回填，地
下基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)施工到±0.00 后，進(jìn)行地下室肥槽回填。按照設(shè)計圖紙要求，2
︰8 灰土回填坡度1：0.25，沿建筑物外墻下，底部寬度50cm，上部寬度為
3.35m 范圍內(nèi)填2：8 灰土，其余均以素土回填。
填土壓實(shí)系數(shù)設(shè)計無具體要求，按照常規(guī)要求一般為0.93~0.95，夯實(shí)
后的干密度≥1.45g/cm3。本工程回填土質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)選用干密度。
本工程基坑回填土總量：灰土約2488m3，素土約650m3。回填土
