1. 范圍
本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于一般建筑和賓館建筑壁柜、吊柜安裝工程。

2. 施工準(zhǔn)備
2.1  材料及構(gòu)配件
    2.1.1  壁柜、吊柜制品由工廠生產(chǎn)成成品或半成品，木材制品含水率不得超過12%。加工的框和扇進(jìn)場時(shí)，應(yīng)核查型號、質(zhì)量，驗(yàn)證產(chǎn)品合格證。
    2.1.2  其他材料：防腐劑、插銷、木螺絲、拉手、鎖、碰珠。合頁等，按設(shè)計(jì)要求的品種、規(guī)格、型號備購。
    2.2  主要機(jī)具：
    2.2.1  電動(dòng)機(jī)具：電焊機(jī)、手電鉆、小臺(tái)鋸。
    2.2.2  手用了具、大刨、二刨、小刨、裁口刨、木鋸、斧子、扁鏟、木鉆、絲錐、螺絲刀、鋼鋸、鋼水平、鑿子、鋼挫、鋼尺。
    2.3  作業(yè)條件。
    2.3.1  結(jié)構(gòu)工程和有關(guān)壁柜、吊柜的連體構(gòu)造已具備安裝壁柜和吊柜的條件，室內(nèi)已有標(biāo)高水平線。
