衛生間防水施工工藝

一、材料要求
1. 聚氨酯涂膜防水材料（雙組份），應有出廠合格證，應經復試合格后使用。
甲組份是以聚醚樹脂和二異氰酸酯等原料，經過聚合及反應制成的含有端異氰酸酯基的聚氨基甲酸酯預聚物，外觀為淺黃粘稠狀，桶裝，每桶20kg。
乙組份是由固化劑、促進劑、增韌劑、防霉劑、填充劑和稀劑等混合加工制成，外觀有紅、黑、白、黃及咖啡色等，膏狀物，桶裝，每桶40kg。
二、主要機具
1. 一般應備有電動攪拌器(功率0.3-0.5KW,200-500r/min)、攪拌桶(容積10L)，油漆桶(3L)、塑料或橡膠刮板、滾動刷、油漆刷、彈簧秤、干粉滅火器等。
三、作業條件
1. 涂刷防水層的基層表面，必須將塵土、雜物等清掃干凈，表面殘留的灰漿硬塊和突出部分應鏟平、掃凈，抹灰、壓不，陰陽角處應抹成圓弧或鈍角。
2. 涂刷防水層的基層表面應保持干燥，并要平整、牢固，不得有空鼓、開裂及起砂等缺陷。
3. 在找平層接地漏、管根、出水口、衛生潔具根部（邊沿），要收頭圓滑。坡度符合設計要求，部件必須安裝牢固，嵌封嚴密。經過驗收。
4. 突出地面的管根、地漏、排水口、陰陽角等細部，應先做好附加層增補處理，刷完聚氨酯底膠后，經檢查并辦完隱蔽工程驗收。
5. 防水層所用的各類材料，基層處理劑、二甲苯等均屬易燃物品，儲存和保管要遠離火源，施工操作時，應嚴禁煙火。
6. 防水層施工不得在雨天、大風天進行，冬期施工的環境溫度應不低于5℃。
