一、作業條件：
1、基層墻體的質量必須符合相關質量驗收規范和標準要求，主體結構已驗收，并辦理四方驗收手續。
2、腳手架和外用電梯安裝完畢并通過驗收。
3、外門窗通過驗收并有相應成品保護措施。
4、外陽臺部位電器暗管，接線盒安裝完畢，外墻雨水管卡預埋完畢。
5、FIRST B.M體系正常施工溫度5℃以上，風力超過5級或中雨以上天氣不得施工。施工完畢后應防止陽光直曬。

二、主要材料與施工工具：
