建筑防水新技術(shù)
8.1 新型防水卷材應(yīng)用技術(shù)
新型防水卷材是具有特定的長度、寬度和厚度的柔性防水材料。根據(jù)防水
卷材的主要原料可分為兩大類:高聚物改性瀝青類防水卷材、合成高分子
防水卷材。
8.1.1 高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材應(yīng)用技術(shù)
(1) 主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容
高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材,是以高聚物改性瀝青為涂蓋物以聚酯胎、玻纖
胎等為胎體,表面覆以聚乙烯膜、鋁箔膜、砂粒或頁巖片的防水卷材。
主要品種:1)SBS(彈性體)改性瀝青防水卷材:以SBS 改性瀝青類防水
卷材為主的彈性體改性瀝青防水卷材還包括SBR、EPDM 等彈性體改性瀝青
防水卷材等;2)APP(塑性體)改性瀝青防水卷材:以APP 改性瀝青類防
水卷材為主的塑性體改性瀝青防水卷材還包括APAO、或APO 改性瀝青防水
卷材等。SBS 改性瀝青防水卷材的低溫性能較好可達(dá)25℃, 可在溫度較
低條件下施工,耐高溫性能為90℃~100℃。APP 改性瀝青防水卷材耐高
溫的能力強(qiáng)可達(dá)110℃~130℃不流淌,低溫性能可在﹣15℃~﹣10℃。適
用于溫度較高環(huán)境及外露使用。高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材的胎體性能對應(yīng)
用效果影響極大;應(yīng)首選強(qiáng)度和延伸率均好的長纖維聚酯胎或無堿、低堿
玻纖胎高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材。高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材應(yīng)重點(diǎn)推廣達(dá)
到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中Ⅱ型指標(biāo)要求的SBS(APP)改性瀝青防水卷材產(chǎn)品。重點(diǎn)推廣厚
度達(dá)到4mm、3mm 以上規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品和熱熔施工法,一般可根據(jù)設(shè)防要求分
別采用雙層(4mm+4mm;4mm+3mm;3mm+3mm)或單層(4mm)作法。
(2) 主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)
高聚物改性瀝青防水卷材執(zhí)行《彈性體改性瀝青防水卷材》GB18242-2000
和《塑性體改性瀝青防水卷材》GB18243-2000 等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
(3) 適用范圍
SBS(APP)改性瀝青防水卷材適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑的屋面與地下1~4
級防水設(shè)防。
(4) 已應(yīng)用的典型工程
SBS(APP)改性瀝青防水卷材已在國內(nèi)外廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)與民用建筑的屋
面與地下防水工程。目前年用量達(dá)6000~7000 萬m2。典型工程如:首都
機(jī)場2、3 號航站樓地下防水、中關(guān)村西區(qū)、北京新聞中心、
