項目部物資部長職責(zé)
1、 在項目經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，業(yè)務(wù)上受物資公司指導(dǎo)，負責(zé)本單位業(yè)務(wù)管理工作。
2、 負責(zé)材料管理措施和制度的制定和落實。
3、 負責(zé)單位材料責(zé)任成本的控制。
4、 負責(zé)組織物資的供方評定、審核報批工作。
5、 負責(zé)材料的申請、采購計劃的審批和合同的簽訂。
6、 檢查指導(dǎo)有關(guān)質(zhì)量記錄、物資標(biāo)識和追溯執(zhí)行情況。
7、 參與施工項目料源調(diào)查、制定物資供應(yīng)方案。
8、 監(jiān)督檢查工地材料的使用、管理、核算、保管及業(yè)務(wù)資料的建立工作。
