一、 施工準(zhǔn)備
（一） 作業(yè)條件
1、 地上、地下障礙物都處理完畢，達(dá)到“三通一平”。施工用的臨時(shí)設(shè)施準(zhǔn)備就緒。
2、 場地標(biāo)高一般為承臺梁的上皮標(biāo)高，并已經(jīng)過夯實(shí)或碾壓。
3、 制作好鋼筋籠。
4、 根據(jù)放出的軸線及樁位點(diǎn)，抄上水平標(biāo)高木橛，井經(jīng)過驗(yàn)收簽字。
5、 選擇和確定鉆孔機(jī)的進(jìn)出路線和鉆孔順序，制定施工方案。
6、 正式施工前要做成孔試驗(yàn)，數(shù)量不少于2根。
（二） 材料要求
1、 水泥：根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求確定水泥品種、強(qiáng)度等級。
2、 砂：中砂或粗砂，含泥量不大于5%。
3、 石子：粒徑為0.5～3.2cm的卵石或碎石，含泥量不大于2%。
4、 水：使用自來水或不含有害物質(zhì)的潔凈水。
5、 粘土：可就地選擇塑性指數(shù)Ip≥17的粘土。
6、 外加早強(qiáng)劑通過試驗(yàn)確定。
7、 鋼筋：鋼筋的品種、級別
