施工組織設計
1、工程概況
K29#、K30#樓，位于西安市長安科技產業園內，建筑規模為一梯四戶，72戶/棟，總長  米，總寬26.205米，平面呈Y型建筑，地下車庫為圓弧型建筑，內弧總長80.155米，外弧長104.19。總寬39.7米，地下車庫 層高4.4米，主樓地下室層高4.7米，頂層電梯間層高5.7米，其余樓層層高3米，總高59.7米，主樓地下室頂板上-1.2米至±0.00設置地溝。
主樓地下室為自行車庫，地上為住宅，各棟設有2部電梯，一部算做消防電梯，從底層至十八層屋面，另一部電梯從地下室直接到達十八層屋面，主樓還設有一部疏散樓梯，建筑設計耐久年限50年，建筑抗震設防8度，耐火等級一級。
地下車庫為人防工程，設有汽車入庫坡道。二層以上戶門為三防門，管道井為防火門，除一層設木門
