本工程施工任務(wù)重，施工場(chǎng)地有限，工期短、難度大，施工中切忌盲目追求進(jìn)度而忽視施工安全。安全施工直接關(guān)系到勞動(dòng)者的人身安全和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全，也關(guān)系到企業(yè)的信譽(yù)，而且只有安全生產(chǎn)有了保障，才能抓好進(jìn)度，確保質(zhì)量，按時(shí)優(yōu)質(zhì)完成施工任務(wù)。因此，施工中我們將始終不渝地堅(jiān)持“質(zhì)量第一，安全第一”的方針，把安全生產(chǎn)措施落到實(shí)處。
1、健全管理制度  建立、健全各級(jí)各部門(mén)的安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，責(zé)任落實(shí)到人。各下屬施工隊(duì)要有明確的安全指標(biāo)和獎(jiǎng)懲辦法，健全保證措施。有勞務(wù)使用和機(jī)械租用安全生產(chǎn)協(xié)議書(shū)。進(jìn)入新工種的工人必須進(jìn)行安全技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。工人應(yīng)掌握本工種操作技能，熟悉本工種安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程。本承包人將堅(jiān)持“科學(xué)施工、安全生產(chǎn)”的原則和“安全第一、預(yù)防為主”的方針全面落實(shí)施工安全保證措施。
（1）、施工安全規(guī)定  A、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)有針對(duì)性的安全技術(shù)措施，經(jīng)技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人審查批準(zhǔn)。B、進(jìn)行全面的針對(duì)性的安全技術(shù)交底，接受交底者履行簽字手續(xù)。C、特種作業(yè)人員必須經(jīng)培訓(xùn)考試合格持證上崗，操作證必須按期復(fù)審不得超期使用。特種作業(yè)人員包括：吊車(chē)操作手、架橋設(shè)備操作工、baopo工等。D、嚴(yán)禁違章指揮、違規(guī)操作。
（2）、安全檢查  建立定期安全檢查制度。有時(shí)間、有要求，明確重點(diǎn)部位、危險(xiǎn)崗位。安全檢查有記錄。對(duì)查出的隱患應(yīng)及時(shí)整改，做到定人、定時(shí)間、定措施的安全檢查制度。
（3）、班組“三上崗、一講評(píng)”活動(dòng)   班組在班前須進(jìn)行上崗交底、上崗檢查、上崗記錄的“三上崗”和每周一次的“一講評(píng)”安全活動(dòng)。對(duì)班組的安全活動(dòng)，要有考核措施； 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須有“五牌一圖”，即：Ⅰ施工單位及工地名稱(chēng)牌；Ⅱ安全生產(chǎn)六大紀(jì)律宣傳牌；Ⅲ防火須知牌；Ⅳ安全無(wú)重大
