泥水工安全技術交底

一、砌體施工：
 ⒈挖掘土方，兩人操作間距保持2~3m，并由上而下逐層挖掘，禁止采取掏洞的操作方法。
 ⒉開挖溝槽、基坑等，應根據(jù)土質和現(xiàn)場施工員交底放坡，挖出的泥土應堆放在坑槽邊1m以外，堆高不得超過1.5m。

 ⒊砌基礎時，應檢查和經常注意基坑土質變化情況，有無崩裂現(xiàn)象。堆放材料應離開坑槽邊1m以上。當基坑較須設護壁支撐時，操作人員應設梯子上下，不得攀跳，運料不得碰撞支撐。

 ⒋墻身砌體高度超過1.2m時，應搭設腳手架。在一層以上或高度超過4m時采用里腳手架必須在墻外張掛安全網，采用外腳手架應綁護身欄桿后方準操作。

 ⒌用內架砌外墻時，架板要低于外墻20cm，墻外按規(guī)定張掛安全網。
 ⒍腳手架上堆磚不得超過三皮，架子轉角處不得堆砧，除操作層外，上下皮架只允許堆零星材料，不得多層都堆料。

 ⒎在高處砌墻時，轉砧應面向墻面，工作完畢應將腳手板和磚墻上的碎磚，灰漿清掃干凈，防止掉落傷
