內容摘要：

3、 模板起吊前，應檢查吊裝用繩索、卡具及每塊模板上的吊環是否完整有效，并應先拆除一切臨時支撐，經檢查無誤后方可起吊。模板起吊前，應將吊車的位置調整適當，做到穩起穩落，就位準確；禁止用人力般動模板，嚴禁模板大幅度擺動或碰倒其它模板。
4、 筒模可用拖車整體運輸，也可拆成平模用拖車水平疊放運輸。平模疊放時，墊木必須上下對齊，綁扎牢固。用拖車運輸，車上嚴禁坐人。
5、 在大模板拆裝區域周圍，應設置圍欄，并掛明顯的標志牌，禁止非作業人員入內。組裝平模時，應及時用卡具或花籃螺絲將相鄰模板連接好，防止傾倒。
6、 全現澆結構安裝作模板時，必須將懸挑擔固定，位置調整準確后，方可摘鉤；外模安裝后，要立即穿好銷桿，緊固螺栓。安裝外模板的操作人員必須持好安全帶。
