2、彎曲機使用前全面檢查一次，并空載運轉，運轉過程不能加油或抹車床。屈曲的鋼筋不準用彎曲機調直。彎曲鋼筋時按規定的鋼筋直徑、根數進行操作。
3、冷拉機的作業區警示標志、防護欄桿、兩端地錨是否有效，防護罩是否牢固，鋼絲繩不能有損，符合使用安全才可運作；
4、綁扎基礎鋼筋時按規定擺放支架或馬凳架起上部鋼筋，不得任意減少，操作前應檢查基坑土壁和支撐是否牢固；
5、綁扎主柱、墻體鋼筋，不得站在鋼筋前架上操作和攀登骨架上下，柱筋在4m以上時，應搭設工作臺，柱、墻梁、骨架應用臨時支撐拉牢，以防傾倒；
6、高處綁扎和安裝鋼筋，不得將鋼筋集中堆放在模板或腳手架上，盡量避免在高處修整、扳彎鋼筋。在必須操作時，應配戴安全帶；
7、安裝綁扎鋼筋時，不得碰撞電線，在深基礎或夜間施工需要使用移動式行燈照明時，電壓不得超過36伏；
8、驗收合格方可進行作業，未經驗收或驗
