內容摘要：
1、 鋼筋冷拉時，冷拉卷揚機應設置防護擋板，沒有擋板時，應將卷揚機與冷拉方向成90度，并且應用封閉式導向滑輪。
2、 冷拉線兩端必須裝置防護設施，冷拉時嚴禁在冷拉線兩端站人、或跨越、觸動正在冷拉的鋼筋。
3、 焊機必須采用接零和漏電保護，以保證操作人員安全；對于接焊導線及焊鉗接導線處，都應可靠地絕緣。
4、 大量焊接時，焊接變壓器不得超負荷，變壓器升溫不得超過60度。
5、 要特別注意遵守焊機暫載率規定，以免過分發熱而損壞。
6、 室內電弧焊時，應有排氣通風裝置。
7、 焊工操作地點相互之間應設擋板，以防弧光刺傷眼睛。
8、 焊工必須穿戴防護衣服。
9、 電弧焊焊工要戴防護面罩。
10、焊工應立站在干燥木板或其它絕緣墊上。
11、焊接過程中，如焊機發生不正常響聲，變壓器絕緣電阻過小導線破裂、漏電等，均應立即停機進行檢修。
