內容摘要：
1、 每個工人都應自覺遵守南靖信達建筑工程有限公司的各種規章制度。
2、 鋼材、半成品等應按規格、品種分別堆放整齊。制作場地要平整，操作臺要穩固，照明燈具必須加網罩。
3、 拉直鋼筋，卡頭要卡牢，地錨要結實牢固，拉筋沿線2米區域內禁止行人。人工絞磨拉直，禁止用胸、肚接觸推桿；并緩慢松解，不得一次松開。
4、 展開圓盤鋼筋要一頭卡牢，防止回彈，切斷時要先用腳踩牢。
5、 在高空、深坑綁扎鋼筋和安裝骨架，須搭設腳手架和馬道。
6、 綁扎立柱、墻體鋼筋，不得站在鋼筋骨架上和攀登骨架上下。柱筋在4米以下且重量不大，可在地面或樓面上綁扎，整體豎起；柱筋在4米以上應搭設工作臺；柱、梁骨架應用臨時支撐拉牢，以防傾倒。
7、 綁扎基礎鋼筋時，應按施工操作規程擺放鋼筋支架（馬凳）架起上部鋼筋，不得任意減少支架或馬凳。
8、 多人合運鋼筋，起、落、轉、停動作要一致，人工上下傳送不得在同一垂直線上；鋼筋 堆放要分散、穩當，防止傾倒和塌落。
9、 點焊、對焊鋼筋時，焊機應設在干燥的地方；焊機要有防護罩并放置平穩牢固，電源通過漏電保護器，導線絕緣良好。
10、電焊時應戴防護眼鏡和手套，并站在膠木板或木板上。電焊前應先清除易燃易爆物品，停工時，確認無火源后，方準離開現場。
11、鋼筋切斷機應機械運轉正常，方準斷料。手與刀口距離不得少于是15cm。電源通過漏電保護器，導線絕緣良好。
